Tim, I would assume the Linda Lewis used the same procedure for applying for a Trademark as the Census Project did some time after Linda filed. The Census Project was able to apply for the Trademark in the Census Project's name and still have a point of contact in a person's name. Why couldn't Linda do it that way, unless perhaps she purposely wanted it to be in her name?
