    3. I have to agree with Debra, that we need to continue on. She and I are both working on CC Rights and Responsibilities. We have many problems that need to be addressed, what charges that have been levied against others in the project should not stop us from moving forward in this regard. I am representing the NE Region on the guidelines committee, but, I welcome any and all ideas, thoughts, suggestions, etc. on our work with CC Rights. Debra and I cannot possibly think of everything, we need you, the members of this project to help us out. Please this is your time to express your thoughts on those rights! 3. First and foremost, thank you to Debra and Jan. You have said things much better than I could ever hope to. Do we have problems in GAGENWEB? It appears that we do. However, the answer to those problems is not to bring the Guidelines Revision to a screeching halt. The answer is to move it faster and harder. The issues currently pending are not issues or items that would be affected by a revision of the Guidelines, and the issues do not directly affect the guidelines, except as possibly something to consider the possibility of happening and to prevent that from happening. Jacki Jonas, as our former secretary, had created a webpage for the committee. Aside from our names, there was nothing yet on board. I am sure that Thomas Hammack will maintain a webpage for us. I will ask him to present you with the URL as soon as he has established one. I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your support with the committee. But we need more support. We need your input, your ideas and your encouragement. I also want to take this opportunity (as I often will, I am sure) to thank the committee members for their dedication and for the work they have put forth.
