People, Let's please, please, please not get onto Bill for this. He is a brand new RC. He is a model RC in that he is generally quiet, preferring not to say much unless asked. Like many of us, he is upset and did not give the careful consideration to his words. I would consider it a personal favor from each of us to simply let this one go.
