Well, we've now heard from the SC. His response assumes no responsibility for the alleged actions of his two RCs. Because they are his appointees, rather than elected by the membership, they are technically accountable only to him. Conversely, since they are his appointments, he must bear some responsibility for the way they conducted themselves, right or wrong. I do not mean to say that he speaks for them. We are still waiting to hear from the RCs.
