    3. Per Tim's request, I have established two email boxes on my domain at maclyr.com. When you receive your ballot, please send an email to ga- haveballot@maclyr.com. We do not want to know your intentions as to voting, nor do we wish to know how you intend to vote, only that you have received your ballot and your opportunity to vote. If you have not recreived your within five days of the date you should have gotten your ballot (and that date will be announced on the list), then send an email to ga-needballot@maclyr.com. Again, please let me reiterate: we do not want to know whether you plan on voting or how you intend on voting. We are only concerned with making sure that everyone has been afforded an opportunity to vote. If you have any questions, please email me directly off-list.
