Kim, who would enforce this law? <g> As most of us know there are some folks out there who link to our pages and show them as their work. Some even try to charge money for it. Most of us scream and fight, and may get an ISP to do something when this type of activity goes one, however, a lot of people turn blind eyes. Linking is ok with some.
