Tim and I tried to work it out but gave it up and switched me back to my aol address. I would imagine that Tim is using the default on the mail list which would bounce anyone off after four bounces. So if she were bouncing, she wouldn't receive the mail either. There was an address given by Andrew a while back on listowners that you could test to see if rootsweb would accpt your mail. That address is probably on the helpdesk page somewhere. Suggest to your sister that she get a free mailbox at Yahoo. They are compatible. Donna
