Thank you so very much Donna for bringing this to my attention. I have shared borders for all my pages and this one is not working for some reason. This was actually a redirect page from several years ago when we were asked to change our url's to just index. The redirect page does not say INDEPENDENT PAGE and had Tim contacted me about this redirect page I surely would have brought it into compliance and would most certainly have responded with an apology for the error on my part.
