    3. Kim, With all due respect, I must disagree with you on this point. I think that all GeorgiaGenWeb Project pages should have a link to the Archives page for their county. However, I do not have a problem with linking directly to a file on the Archives so long as a notation is made that the link is a link to Archives and giving the name of the submitter. Let it open in a new page as opposed to opening on your page.
