I think you would have had to >know. > >Donna I know of no phantom county coordinators / co-county coordinators / asst county coordinators - for I trust the RCs to be telling me truth in their posts to me regarding that x person is taking over y county and I subsequently sub them to this list and update the county selection page. That some coordinators may be missing in action - new and/or old - probably is true, but until I know differently or the RCs inform the Council and/or myself that such a situation exists I see no reason to invoke Guideline 13 which covers abandoned sites. Since I trust them, there is no reason to second guess them. Since I not seen any proof of such to date, I still place my trust in all the RCs to do the right thing. If at such time I am convinced otherwise appropriate action will be taken. Tim
