    1. [GAGEN] Who has legal rights over the USGenWeb Archives Project Now?
    2. John Holback
    3. What I would like to know is what is the status of the trademark for USGenWeb Archives Project. Who has the right to rent, sell, trade the use of the project? Did Linda ever transfer the trademark to the USGenWeb Project? Whose name is on the most recent trademark for the USGenWeb Project? Guess I should have paid more attention back when it was taking place but since I did not use the Archives as a place to store material for the counties which I host I guess I was not interested which is a shame for anything that affects the USGenWeb and the GAGenWeb Projects should be of interest to anyone who cares about the projects and wants to see them continue as non profit organizations and never to be sold, traded, rented, leased or such by any parties. So could someone provide a definite answer to those questions and back it up with where we can find the documents which would proves whose name is on the trademark now?
