    3. Obviously some folks don't understand that private mail is just that - that it is not to be shared with others and plopped all over mailing lists. The private mail below was a standard note sent to CCs under the Guidelines. As Jan has said - private notes are better than public ones, for the business of compliance and/or broken links are not public business but rather private between the coordinator and their RC, ASC or SC.
