I can understand the importance of all of this to those of you when went through the "holocaust" and came out on the other side. Whether the election happens before or after the National Election, I'm sure it will work out. My only experience with other states is *no* elections, and I've been fortunate to have competent SC's and *years* of peace and quiet. I've never appreciated it as much as I do right now, and I hope they live forever and never retire. :-D I am just amazed and grateful that *anyone* wants the administrative work that these positions entail.
