In all the discussion I have yet to see one request to cease the friendly, get-to-know-each-other posts. I'm not sure where this discussion ended up going in that direction. No one wants anything other than to have business on one list, and the others on a separate list. Also, to have the right to subscribe/unsubscribe (as need arises) from the non-business list. That's it. This should not in any way threaten anyone, or make you feel that you can't/shouldn't continue making posts as you have in the past. Also, I don't see the need for the one or two veiled barbs bandied about towards those of us who wish to have a simple change in the way we go about our conversations. Change is not bad. In many cases it helps make things better. --Keith
