Keith, I may have missed something (I just scanned through the series of emails about this) - I thought that was the gest of the discussion - business vs. friendly banter occassionally. I don't have a strong opinion one way or the other about 2 lists - I don't have any experience with these lists so I don't know if it's a good idea or not. I hope nothing I wrote in my email was interpreted as a 'veiled barb' cause it certainly wasn't meant that way! I can understand both sides of this issue ( I think ) and certainly think someone should be able to bring up a concern about the use of the list or anything else without getting pummeled. I thought we were asked for opinions on the subject and a roll call - or I wouldn't have replied at all. My only opinion on the subject is that I like some of the friendly get-to-know-each-other info - that's it - my only opinion - whether that needs to be on this list or another is something someone who knows more about managing these list will have to decide. I didn't see anything offensive in the posts I read - maybe I missed something.
