Vivian, sorry to chime in so late, but I have been out of town during this thread. Remember that we have the announcments page on the website. Important announcements could be posted there with a note to the list to check the page periodically. That way, several announcement subjects could be posted at once and remain there until their time line was past. Just a thought...
