This subject has not been addressed by the Bylaws Committee, but here is my opinion: The GAGenWeb Project has no authority to regulate a anyone's participation in the Archives Project. A person's participation in the Archives would have no bearing on the number of sites he/she coordinates in the Georgia project. Bylaws Committee members, what do you think?
