There is nothing in the national bylaws to require local coordinators to give snail mail addresses or telephone numbers to the state or regional coordinators. I have a few, but do not require that they be given. In my few months as state coordinator, there have been many times I have *wished* for an alternative way to get in touch. When a coordinator goes missing, it is very time consuming to try and track him/her down.
