    3. I know its a little late, but I have a small portable harddrive, about the size of a credit card holds around 2 gigs that I use for a backup. Uses a USB port got a couple of years ago from Iomega. I use it only for data and photos. I keep it plugged it and have it set to automatically back up any files that change within certain file groups. I can't seem to remember to demagnetized discs every so often which you need to with floppies and CDs and DVDs. Someone contacted me through GAGenWeb "About" asking for help in recovering 10 years of research lost in a computer crash.
