Since we have so many new people (and a couple of us who don't remember something's) should someone explain who can and can't vote and which seats? In my mind I'm thinking for GAGen National Coordinator, Representative At Large, Special Projects Representative, and SEMA County Coordinator Representative. Is the State Coordinator part of this or is that when national is over?
