I was especially interested in pointing to it for "new researchers for GA" --- that would save us so much time in responding to individual emails. We could refer them for "more information" to this page after we've made any personal suggestions for their research. I like the categories that have been set up.... I would like to link to this Bulletin Board on my County Pages, but wanted to be sure I gave the proper instructions when I did do it. Is the above URL the one I should use ? As to your other question, anyone can 'read' the posts but they have to be registered to post themselves. Virginia (and all), Linda Geiger and I just picked some categories this morning to get us out the starting gate. We certainly invite CCs to let us know if other categories could/should be set up in the Bulletin Board. Anyone (in the world) can register to post. And it's simple -- about an hour after the board went live this morning, we had a 'guest' logon and post a surname query! You just click "Register" and fill in some information -- you set your own logon/password. And then you post! It's that easy. We were hoping that CCs would kinda watch the board -- just look at it when you have any free time. Ed and Vivian can delete posts which may have inappropriate language. Hopefully, that won't occur. But if anyone sees something off-color -- let us know. Sylvia
