Melody You don't have to set a cut off date on marriage records if you don't want one. The marriage licenses records are available to general public but the marriage licenses applications records are only available to bride or groom. See this State of GA website: http://health.state.ga.us/programs/vitalrecords/marriage.asp . The records that I have on Franklin & Stephens County site is only limited as to what the transcriber contributed.
