Speaking of the old days, in August 2004 I received a zip file from Sherry Osburn with all of her original files for Walker County's first website on GAGenWeb. It's a treasure trove of information, some of which 'escaped' as Walker transitioned from one CC to another after Sherry left the project. I have been compiling all Walker info that I have either inherited or that has been shared with me into a new site. I am putting that site on my server while I am Walker CC and will be archiving it on RootsWeb for the safekeeping of this data collection for the project. (Don't worry, Ed!)
