Good Evening. It is with sadness that I announce that our Echols County, Georgia CC, Derek Nichols, has resigned from the Project. Derek has only been with us a short time and I, for one, will miss him. I wish him the best of luck in all he chooses to do. Because he is no longer a CC in Georgia, he is no longer eligible to serve on the Guidelines Revision Committee. Therefore, Jacki Jonas, the secretary, will be serving as a full member of the Committee. For the time being, she will also serve as the secretary. I live in Sydney Australia, although I am a 7th generation descendant of the settlers and pioneers of Central West Georgia, primarily Houston, Bibb, Jones, Crawford, Peach, Dooley counties.
