Good evening, everyone. The Bylaws Committee has completed preliminary work on Articles 3 and 4 (Membership and Officers, respectively). Both articles refer to Policies and Procedures. We are *very* interested in your thoughts concerning these articles. I've created topics on the message board for discussing each of these, and the Policies and Procedures topic has a separate thread for each section of the policies. Had got so far behind with posting information to the web sites due to sickness, but when I got the note, it truly made my day.
