I have a quick question. Are the Archives considered a State Special Project or do they come under National? Thanks to all who came thru with Axson. I'm working on one of my own family lines and a burial was listed as being in Axxon. I had vague memories that the name wasn't quite right, but couldn't remember the correction. Cheers, Jacki
Jackie, there is an Axson in Atkinson County, Georgia, could this maybe be it? I looked on the Georgia home page under research where they have an alphabetical listing of all Georgia towns with their counties. Could you maybe have misspelled it as Axxon instead of Axson? -- [email protected] -------------- Original message -------------- > Hi all, > > I'm trying to locate Axxon, Georgia. Any ideas? Anyone who has there site on Yahoo might want to take a look at their pages. They have changed the way they are displaying the ads. Donna

David, Please feel free NOT to use the maillists to post updates. gaforsyt and gadawson are also rootsweb mail lists none of these lists belong to GAGenWeb, they all belong to Rootsweb and are managed by individual listowners. I belong to ALHN, AHGP and GAGenWeb. There are no rules against this. David, Mail Lists on rootsweb are non-denominational. That is where I put the entrance pages. If it makes you feel better you can reach them from here http://lists.rootsweb.com/ However if you have missed my Northwest Georgia History page http://www.rootsweb.com/~gaalhn/nwga/ go take a look. It has been around since 1998. Donna In a message dated 3/17/05 12:48:11 PM Eastern Standard Time, [email protected] writes: << ALHN?
