I am sorry but I have found Patterson's very helpful when I have called for information. I check on folks all the time in my professional historical research. They have mailed me information and treated me very kindly. Oakland Cememtery has also been very helpful. The only "attitide" I have experienced in my research is at Westview Cemetery with a woman; however, she has given me the information.
