Steven, What are your thoughts on a group of us, even a small group going to Hill Crest to perhaps work on a larger survey of that cemetery, perhaps do it a section at a time? It might take a while but it would be worth it because my wife has relatives buried there. It's a bad location but with a group, I don't think it would be too bad.
