    1. [GAFULTON] Do not download email attachments
    2. I received a virus mimicing GAFULTO so I am passing this warning on. The file attached to this virus ends in .scr (which is usually a screensaver). I did not downlod the file as it was blocked coming to me. >From CENSUS-ANNOUNCE-L@rootsweb.com There are many instances of a virus that attaches to your email and makes it look like a RootsWeb list is sending them to you. The RootsWeb Mailing lists do not allow attachments. Like most viri, it's spoofing addresses it sees in the infectee's mail. (This particular one has been identified as W32/badtrans@mm) This usually happens without the senders knowledge and needs to be extracted. >From AHGP List NOTE: The thing is not an Outlook address book worm. It does not spread by the same method as the Outlook worms, but can spread from any mail program because it looks for unread email and reads email addresses from those email's. InoculateIT is the only anti-virus program that cleans it from a computer. Norton only quarantines the files, which doesn't remove the thing from your computer, and McAfee isn't effective. *******
