    2. Sam, what is the LIST you are referring to? I am not familiar with a LIST. Is it on a website? I am looking through some of my materials to find his name. Oh, here it is in a publication Court of Appeals of Georgia 1997. Page 26 Complete Roster of the Judges of the Court of Appeals of Georgia--1907-1912. (Leo Frank Case started in 1913) Arthur G. Powell is also listed on page 28 in the Bibliography. His book I Can Go Home written in 1943 is listed as well as his article in the Georgia Review on the Birth of the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Sam, I have found that sometimes we have to put our ancestors names on those LISTS. Keep in mind that most names on LISTS originate from family members perpetuating their family heritage and they are not particularly interested in mine. We are like public relations folks for our ancestors; it takes energy and time and research. Good luck! ann in Atlanta annboutwel@aol.com
