I have posted a couple of deeds for the property of Big Springs United Methodist Church on the GenConnect Cherokee County Deeds board. http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Ga/CherokeeDeed Of particular interest might be an 1854 deed which lists the 57 original subscribers to the Big Springs Methodist Camp Ground. This would provide some evidence that these men were in the Cherokee/Milton/Forsyth County area in 1854..
