Hello, My name is Gerald Benton. My ggm on my mothers side was Cordelia Guest, born Jan 31, 1894. She had a twin sister by the name of Cornelia. They born in North Central Texas upon the banks of the Brazos river. I'm searching for thier parents. I've been told the family story of a brother who was born in a unknown location in Georgia. That the line was from a group of three brothers that came america, and changed thier names to Guest, Guess, and Gist upon arrival, and thier separate ways. I believe I've identified some Guest who arrived in the Franklin area about 1840 that were relations of mine. I was wondering if anyone might have information I might be able to back track to my ggm.
