I am looking for information on William Norris, said by Harry Davis to have been a Justice of the Peace in Franklin County in the very latter part of the 1700's. Any information about him and or his wife will be appreciated. It seems that Davis confused this Norris family with my Norris family from Oglethorpe County and I am in the process of trying to straighten it out.
