I just got a notice of a "failure to send" from my email program, telling me the address is not correct and it returned it to me. Having some weird things going on with the program. I am trying to find where Capt Barton's District was located in Franklin Co Georgia? Any info whether a little or a lot, is very much appreciated. Just in case a time frame is needed, it was listed this way on the 1840 Census of Franklin Co, GA. What area would this be today?
