For years I accepted that the stone had just been misread. But I find that the 1900 Census shows Patrick with wife Elizabeth (Hughes) married four years (1896). If Mary Ann did not die until 1899, how is Patrick marrying Elizabeth Hughes in 1896? Norm Ricker
