Can anyone give me a location for the Moseley's Store Postoffice? It was listed as the mailing adress for Rev. William Kelly from 1858 in Tugalo Baptist Association minutes. I've not been able to find it in either Franklin nor Stephens County histories. By 1877 his address was listed as Toccoa City. Thanks for any help. Fran Bay tbay@columbus.rr.com
