Seeking marriage license for Ebenezer Wiley and Nancy (Smith?) in Franklin Co GA...m. Aug. 26, 1854. Ebenezer enlisted May 18, 1862 in GA 24th Reg Co H and was killed at Sharpsburg, MD. Also wondering whether his family was from Franklin Co (prior to split off for Stephens Co). Father thought to be THOMAS WILEY, mother Nancy ?.
