David, Interesting to see the list activity. For those 24 of you who are looking for these families: 8 freeman 8 mayfield 8 moss Here are some that are related c. 1801-1850. Dr Henry Freeman (Carnesville doctor 1819-1860) married Martha Mayfield d/o John Mayfield. John was living in Warren Co NC prior to moving to Franklin Co c. 1800. Henry's relative, Keziah Freeman married Rev Henry Moss in Sussex/Surry area of Va before moving to Baldwin Co area in the early 1800's. Perhaps this will stimulate some discussion to the list.
