The Thomas family (the line I am Researching) moved from Franklin Co. Ga. ca. 1870 to Gregg Co.,Tx. They were Ezekiel & Artimissie (sp ?) Thomas and family.Among them was Martha Ellen Thomas, then about age 7. The Randall line is fuzzy...James R. Randall was born in Franklin Co. 1857,per family oral history and his obit in the Dallas news paper in 1908 when he died. Although he went by the name Russell Madison Randall ( the name on his grave marker), his marriage license shows his name as James R. Randall. He married Martha Ellen Thomas ca 1880 in Gregg county Tx. Russell is listed in Gregg co. in 1880 census(per county records). This is the only year I have found him in either Georgis or Texas census records......Help, Thanks

Bob, Would this be your Ezekial? (see below) If so, he was the brother to my GG-Grandmother Nancy. He was in the same CSA unit that her husband, Robert Terrell Pulliam was in.
