Hi All I'm still searching for the Payne of Franklin Caunty ,Ga for my GGgrandfather's family.I'm looking for his parents and siblings or any realitives His name was Asa Frank Payne ,he was born 1835 heard he may have been shoe maker not sure about that,he married Octavia N? ,she was born 1835 in Franklin Co.Ga.They had 5 children , that I think was born in Ga. Asa W. Payne born 1853 (my great grandfather) Mary Calantha Payne born 1857 Lula C. Payne born 1859 Eliza A. Payne born 1861 John R.L.
