Barb, This Joseph Lumpkin Henson is my line and I have lots on that family. I have little on John and I also have a photo of him and his parents. I descend from Joseph and Mary Ann (Polly) Addison Henson thru their daughter Frances Henrietta m. James Jackson Payne. She didn't get married until 12/26/1880 but she isn't listed unless the census takers made a mistake and called her Amantha but it has wrong dates too. Will have to study that out and get back. The census even has at least one child that I didn't have listed too I didn't have that census and it gives some births that I didn't have. Thanks for that.
