Georgia Ann Buffington b. Oct 1, 1862 was the daughter of G. W. Buffington and Dicey Ann (sp?) Reed. G. W. was born in Parker Town. Where was Parker Town? Does anyone have any information on any of these three people? Georgia Ann was my great-grandmother. She married Wiley Joseph Vickery. They lived in Bold Springs.
