Payton May 27, 1860 Habersham Co., GA 4. Jesse H. Roberts c 1842 (died in Savannah, Ga of typhoid fever during Civil War) 5. Alvin L. Roberts c. 1844 6. Calvin H. Roberts c. 1844 7. Enoch b. Roberts c. 1846 8. Benjamin F. Roberts c. 1847 m. Mary Catherine Suggs June 19, 1870 Habersham Co., GA 9. John C.C. Roberts c 1850 10. Harriet E.M. Roberts c. 1853 m. Henry S. Wade Habersham Co., GA 11. Mary T. A. Roberts c. 1853 12. James L. Roberts c. 1857 possibly the J.L. Roberts that married Mary Anderson August 31, 1879 in Habersham Co., GA This family is first found on the 1840 Franklin Census when James and Harriett had a one year old daughter. They are on the 1850 and 1860 Franklin Census and then James apparently passes away and Harriett moved the children to Habersham Co., GA.
