It just so happens that I have Powells in my family line also. They came from SC, TN, to Alabama. I have a pile of Powell information that has been sent to me plus some I have gathered on my own. Haven't sorted any of it out. Will keep your email and If I run across anything will let you know. I know that the sons of some of the Alabama Powells went to GA , Mississippi and TX.
