>From Irene: May 10, 1973 Years ago, my grandfather told me that Daniel's father was Miles Garrett and Miles' wife must have been named Susan and that she was called Sukey. A few years before Grandpa died he wasn't too sure about who Daniel's father was but he knew there was a Miles in there close someway. One of my Aunts says Miles was Daniel's father, and so did this gr. dau. of Hendrix. Grandpa said Daniel came to Georgia from Anderson Courthouse SC when his son John S. was just a tad of a boy and that Daniel was married three times. 1st to a Miss Stewart (or Stuart) and that she was the mother of Hendrix, John S. and maybe some of the others. 2nd wife: Emilee Jones (called Milly) and 3rd wife: ........Charity Ellison.......
