I am just starting research in my wife's HARRIS line, but know they lived in Forsyth County. I believe William and Susan (nee COLLINS) HARRIS inherited a ferry on Vickery Creek called Collins COwpen according to family information. I have found a bit of information on the COLLINS (although not verified yet), but none on the HARRIS. I have heard the William's will is at the Forsyth County Heritage Foundation, dated 6/21/1833. If you have any info or suggestions for William HARRIS' parents I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance for the help.
