I do not know what the black book gives as dates, reference numbers ect. I contacted the Gwinnett Historical Society and this is the information I was given The convection was made in Forsyth Co. GA. in the 1890's he used the alias Saunders Wheeler. The Black Book Vol 2 she said something about series 19.
