Dear Donna and others, The time line and marriage dates have me wondering about who the mother of Daniel Newman Garrett was, listed as a minor in will ca 1872 he could have been born as early as 1851 when Daniel was married to Emelia Jones, or after 1865, born to a new and younger wife Charity. Since you listed the 1860 and 1870 census with names and ages of wife, I wonder if you could also check on the children in the household. Need age of Daniel Newman to determine who his mother was. Thanks Billie Jones -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Monday, September 13, 1999 7:52 PM Subject: [GAFORSYT-L] Daniel Garrett - Time Line >Please look at the time line: > >Daniel Garrett born: >between 1775 and 1794 per the 1820 Hall County >between 1790 and 1800 per the 1830 Hall County >between 1780 and 1790 per the 1840 Forsyth census > 1794 per the 1850 Forsyth census > 1795 per the 1860 Forsyth census > 1794 per the 1870 Forsyth census >died by 6 May, 1872 as his will was probated then. > > >1790 census - probably not born > >1800 census - SC? > >1810 census - SC? > >1818 John S.
