"The records are filed in the Office of the US Army Corps of Engineers (Civilian), Buford, GA. They are filed as Plan II, Plan III, and Plan IV." Unnamed grave was relocated in the Beaver ruin Baptist Church Cemetery in Forsyth Co, GA. B. The Phillips Cemetery, containing twenty-eight (28) graves, five of which were identified. All graves were relocated in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Forsyth Co, GA. C. The Hendricks Cemetery contained seven (7) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in Beaver Ruin Baptist Church Cemetery, Forsyth Co, GA. D. The Welborn Cemetery contained seven (7) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in Beaver Ruin Baptist Church Cemetery, Forsyth Co, GA. E. The Old Beaver Ruin Cemetery contained twenty-nine (29) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in Beaver Ruin Baptist Church Cemetery, Forsyth Co, GA. F. An unnamed cemetery contained nine (9) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Forsyth Co, GA. G. An unnamed grave contained one (1) unknown grave and was relocated in Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Forsyth Co, GA. H. The Prater Cemetery contained two (2) unknown graves and four (4) known persons whose graves could not be identified. All graves were relocated in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery, Hall Co, GA. I. The Jackson Cemetery containing four (4) known graves and five (5) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in South Bend Methodist Church Cemetery, Hall Co, GA. J. The Smith Cemetery, containing three (3) known and twenty-eight (28) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in the Antioch Methodist Church Cemetery, Hall County, GA. K. The Barry Hutchins Burial Ground, containing five (5) known graves and forty-six (46) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in the New Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery, Hall Co, GA. pg 689, Designation of Cemeteries Relocated: The contract covered the relocation of four (4) cemeteries, containing a combined total of one hundred and thirty-seven (137) graves. Forty-nine (49) graves in the Nuckolls Cemetery, forty-one (41) graves in the Carlisle Cemetery, ten (10) graves in an unnamed cemetery, and thirty-seven (37) graves in the Winn Cemetery. Disinterment and relocation of graves in the above sites was started by the contractor on Feb. 13, 1956, and completed on March 2, 1956." "Plan III - Descriptive Summary: A. The Nuckolls Cemetery, containing forty-nine (49) graves, five (5) of which were identified. This cemetery was used as a family cemetery. All graves were relocated in the New Chattahoochee Baptist Church Cemetery in Hall Co, GA, except the five (5) identifiable graves which were relocated in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Forsyth Co, GA. B. The Carlisle Cemetery, containing forty-one (41) graves, twenty-four (24) of which were identified. This cemetery was used as a family cemetery. All graves were relocated in the New Chattahoochee Baptist Church Cemetery in Hall Co, GA, except two (2) graves which were located in Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery in Forsyth Co, GA. C. An unnamed cemetery, containing ten (10) unknown graves. All graves were relocated in the New Chattahoochee Baptist Church Cemetery in Hall Co, GA. D. The Winn Cemetery, containing thirty-seven (37) graves, seven (7) of which were identified. This cemetery was used as a family cemetery. All graves were relocated in the New Chattahoochee Baptist Church Cemetery in Hall Co, GA, except the seven (7) identifiable graves which were relocated in the Robert Young, Sr. Cemetery.
