Hi Donna, How about a roll call? I'm sure there are lots of new list members, as well as our dear friends who started with us on the list years ago. I'd also be interested in hearing where their families migrated from when moving to Forsyth County. While most of us enjoy surfing ancestry and genealogy sites on the web, there are older folks who can't, but do read list messages. I can't begin to tell you how many of my Dad's friends and family I have been in contact with, thanks to this list! Hi. My Forsyth County families are Kennemore, McClure, Singleton, Black. Will be glad to share information on above families. My Kennemore ancestors came from Old Pendleton District, SC; my McClure ancestor, current brick wall, I have back to 1840 in Gilmer County, GA; my Singleton family is from Pickens County, SC; and my Black ancestors came from Rutherford County, NC as I understand it.
